Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Barney’s Delicatessen
Due to Health and Safety reasons we do not accept product returns. If you’re not happy with the condition of any of the products that you have received, please let us know immediately via email with photographic evidence and we will evaluate the situation and offer you a replacement or refund for problems caused from our side. Please do not return the cheese. If you do not inform us within one day from the date that you have received your parcel or you do not provide enough evidence, we may be unable to take any action.
We’re working with a local courier company to deliver our local shipping orders and we’re working with DPD for our Nationwide deliveries. It’s important that you give us all the information we need in order to deliver your parcel securely. You will be notified via text message or email for tracking service and options to leave in a safe place. If couriers can’t find a safe place for your parcel, your order will go back to the depot to be delivered the next day. We do not take any responsibility for orders that are not delivered due to absence of a household or in a situation when it’s chosen to be left in a safe place and the package gets damaged in a safe place.
