Strong, intense, with a spicy kick – this ivory white cheese is generously veined with blue throughout it’s sharp crumbly paste.



This creamy, raw milk Mountain Gorgonzola or “Gorgonzola Piccante” is made using traditional methods in the Piedmont / Lombardy region. More mature and spicy than its younger “Dolce” cousin.
