Cornish Gouda Vintage


Aged for 18 to 24 months, this extra mature Gouda develops a nutty caramel flavour with a delicate calcium lactate crystal crunch.



This fabulous gouda is made on the farm in Cornwall by the Spierings family who moved to the UK in 1998. Matured for a minimum of 24 months this cheese will sit proudly on any cheese board.
