Burwash Rose is a monastic style cheese washed in rose water giving it’s sticky pungent rind lovely floral notes that complements the creamy and buttery paste.



Made using free range raw milk on the farm at Stonegate, Burwash Rose is a semi-soft cheese, washed in English rose water. Sticky, pungent and creamy – a beautifully balanced delight.
