This full flavoured extra würzig cheese with over 700 years of tradition is washed in a herbal brine and aged longer giving it a full on fruity flavour and delicious nuttiness.




Produced by hand in line with old traditions for over 700 years in the gentle rolling hills between Lake Constance and the S?ntis mountain range. The rich herbal meadows provide the perfect foundation for the natural unpasteurised milk that is used to make this fantastic cheese.
