A Fantastic example of the world famous Spanish cheese that has been aged for a minimum of 12 months, allowing it to develop a richer sharper flavour and piquancy, finishing with the lingering aftertaste characteristic of a truly great ewe’s milk cheese.



Only made with Manchega sheep’s milk from La Mancha region of Spain, this pressed hard cheese has a distinctive zig-zag pattern. Sheep’s milk. Pasteurised.
